Return & Refund Policy

At europarts.lk, we specialize in supplying genuine and aftermarket European vehicle spare parts, engine oils, gearbox oils, and car care products sourced from the UK. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Pre-Order & Special Order Parts

All pre-order, special-order, and customer-requested imported parts are non-refundable and non-cancellable once the order has been confirmed and placed with our overseas suppliers.

As these items are specifically sourced upon customer request, no refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations will be accepted after the order has been processed.

Returns

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
  • The item must be unused and uninstalled.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, complete with all labels, seals, and accessories.
  • The item must be returned in the same condition as received.
europarts.lk reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
  • Pre-order or special-order imported parts.
  • Parts that have been fitted, installed, used, modified, or damaged after delivery.
  • Engine oils, gearbox oils, lubricants, and car care products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Electrical and electronic components that have been installed or tested.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, you must notify europarts.lk within 24 hours (1 day) of delivery.
 
Please provide:
  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the item received
  • Description of the issue
Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds will only be issued for:
  • Items supplied incorrectly by europarts.lk
  • Verified defective products that have not been installed or used
 
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit, at the discretion of Europarts.lk.

Vehicle Compatibility

Customers are responsible for verifying part compatibility before placing an order. We strongly recommend providing your vehicle VIN/chassis number to ensure accuracy. Europarts.lk is not responsible for incorrect orders placed without proper vehicle information.
