1. General

europarts.lk supplies genuine and aftermarket European vehicle spare parts, engine oils, gearbox oils, lubricants, and car care products sourced locally and internationally, including imports from the United Kingdom.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.
 
europarts.lk reserves the right to:
  • Correct any errors or inaccuracies.
  • Change product specifications without notice.
  • Cancel orders affected by pricing or listing errors.
Product images are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product supplied.

3. Vehicle Compatibility

Customers are responsible for confirming that the selected part is suitable for their vehicle before placing an order.
 
To ensure accuracy, customers are encouraged to provide:
  • VIN/Chassis Number
  • Vehicle Registration Number
  • Vehicle Model and Year
europarts.lk shall not be held responsible for incorrect parts ordered due to incomplete or inaccurate vehicle information provided by the customer.

4. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
 
europarts.lk reserves the right to:
  • Refuse or cancel any order.
  • Request additional vehicle information before processing an order.
  • Decline orders suspected of fraud or misuse.
Orders will only be processed once full payment or agreed payment arrangements have been confirmed.

5. Pre-Order & Imported Parts

Many products sold through europarts.lk are imported specifically upon customer request.
 
Once a pre-order or special-order part has been confirmed and ordered from our suppliers:
  • The order cannot be cancelled.
  • No refunds will be provided.
  • No exchanges will be accepted unless the item supplied is incorrect or defective.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary due to supplier delays, shipping schedules, customs clearance, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Pricing

All prices displayed are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The final price applicable will be the price confirmed at the time of order acceptance.

7. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

europarts.lk shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier services
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Supplier delays
  • Natural disasters
  • Government regulations
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss and ownership of products pass to the customer upon successful delivery.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
 
Returns are only accepted if:
  • The item is unused and uninstalled.
  • The item remains in its original packaging.
  • The item is returned in the same condition as supplied.
 
No refunds will be issued for:
  • Installed or used parts.
  • Damaged items after delivery.
  • Pre-order or special-order imported parts.
 
Incorrect or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

9. Warranty

Where applicable, warranty coverage is limited to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

europarts.lk does not provide any additional warranty beyond that offered by the manufacturer unless explicitly stated.

Warranty claims may require inspection and approval by the manufacturer or supplier.

10. Limitation of Liability

Europarts.lk shall not be liable for:
  • Labour or installation costs.
  • Vehicle downtime.
  • Loss of income or business.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product supplied.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on europarts.lk , including logos, images, product descriptions, graphics, and website content, is the property of Europarts.lk and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
